Join Chef Suze Reiter, cooking instructor from the celebrated Lake Austin Spa, as she teaches us techniques and tips on how to create a healthy and delicious gourmet menu that no one would suspect was good for us as well. Our menu, with an Asian twist, includes: Gochugaru Sweet & Spicy Chili Sauce, Homemade Peanut Sauce, Spring Rolls with Vermicelli Rice Noodles, Sweet Potato Glass Noodles with Season Asian Stir-Fry, and for dessert, Chocolate Avocado Mousse with Coconut Slurry & Cocoa Nibs (Hands-On)
